Registration can only be confirmed via this application form if
the Paypal transfer is completed. For bookings using an official purchase order number or accompanied
by cheque payment, please use the
leaflet with attached pdf application form. For provisional bookings please telephone in advance.
Whilst cancellations or alterations are rare, we reserve the right to make such alterations if necessary. Cancellations made by
delegates less than 14 days prior to the course will be liable to a 50% charge; less than 7 days a 100% charge.
Substitutions can be made at any time.
